We have been eating at White Springs Cafe in Arcadia, CA, since they opened in 2020.
I have had over a hundred meals there.
Each meal has been a culinary treat for me, lovingly prepared by the woman we call “Mama”.
I have written about White Springs before, here and on other platforms where I write. It never seems redundant or too much. Honestly, it never feels like I write and talk about them enough.
Of course, I am biased for the love I have for everyone associated with White Springs, and for the food. Always fresh, always prepared with love, and always with health in mind.
My favorites are Dan’s Pad Prink King (I love the name!), and the Pad See Ew. Mmmmmm! I get hungry just thinking about them. And of course, I always order a Thai Tea with my meal!

White Springs is more of a takeout place. You can order takeout and sit at one of the three tables outside if you like, something I do often. I have had many a meal outside, and really enjoyed the experience. Even when it’s super hot or quite chilly, it’s been nice eating outside.
They also cater a lot, so keep them in mind when wanting to feed a group.
I keep thinking of why I love White Springs so much. As someone who has done dozens of food reviews, I always base my review on the serving of delicious vegan food and the offering of amazing, kind service. Here, the food is always so incredibly fresh and flavorful. Always. I love that. There is
an incredible intent in ensuring that every dish is fresh, flavor-packed, and something that will benefit the health of whoever is eating it.
White Springs is in downtown Arcadia, at 18 N. First Avenue. It’s a block north of Huntington and two blocks south of Arcadia Station. They are closed Mondays and Tuesdays, and their hours on the other days are 11:30 am – 7:00 pm. On social media, they are on Instagram, @whitespringscafe. Check them out there to see what they’ve been serving and if, by chance, they may be closed for a holiday.
Enjoy!
