The Gay Vegans

Cooking more at home

And I need your help!

It’s easy to get in the habit of ordering out or waiting until the last minute to prepare a meal.

Neither of these is working for me. Or for us!

I have re-committed to cooking more at home.

This is where you come in. I’m looking for your favorite cookbook, YouTube station, or recipe, that has helped you with creating delicious and simple vegan meals.

Delicious.

Simple.

Vegan.

Can you help me out?

If it’s a cookbook suggestion, I want one that you use often, with several recipes that you like and that meet my requests.

My go-to dinners include a bean, rice, and a green. I want to be more creative without taking a long time and without breaking the bank.

Please add your suggestions in the comments.

Thank you very much!

Vegan Richa (Richa Hingle) has fantastic recipes in three cookbooks and on her website. https://www.veganricha.com/

This is one of our favorite recipes. I highly recommend a pressure cooker to make cooking a lot easier. http://happyvegancampers.com/2024/03/01/indian-style-potatoes-and-lentils-vegan-oil-free-pressure-cooker/
